1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed.

We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays
(based on delivery partner schedules & national holidays).

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days for major cities

  • 5–10 business days for other locations across India

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, remote locations, or factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
We may offer free shipping during promotions or on orders above a certain value.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Tracking information may take 12–48 hours to update after dispatch.

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, it may be returned to us.
Re-delivery may require additional shipping charges.

6. Delays & Liability

Pixalflux is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, operational issues, or events outside our control.

Once a package is handed over to the courier, risk of loss and title transfer to the customer.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos/videos of the packaging and product and contact us within 24 hours at:

8. Incorrect Address Information

Pixalflux is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you made a mistake, contact us immediately.
If your order has not shipped yet, we will update the address.

9. International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.
