1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

You may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is incorrect

  • The size is not suitable

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In the same condition as received

  • With tags attached (if any)

  • In original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


2. How to Start a Return or Refund

Email support@pixalflux.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (for damaged/incorrect items)

  • A short description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we will send:

  • A return authorization

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the issue is caused by Pixalflux (damaged item, manufacturing defect, wrong item shipped), we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping.

  • For change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless a promotion states otherwise.


4. Damages and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@pixalflux.com with photos and WhatsApp us on - 8855982411.
We will correct the issue through either a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.


5. Exchanges

If you want a different size or design:

  1. Request a replacement through our return process.

  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
    We will assist with the exchange workflow as needed.


6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (unless defective)

  • Personalised or custom-made products (unless defective)

  • Hazardous, perishable, or unsanitary items

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Returned items must meet the eligibility conditions stated above (unworn, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase).


8. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take extra time to process the refund.

If 15 business days pass after approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@pixalflux.com.


9. Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@pixalflux.com.

If the order has already been dispatched, standard return/replacement rules apply.
